This is one of the reasons why \u201cBODY CONCEPT TRAINING\u201d <\/strong>was created.<\/p>\n

Taking care of your body and health takes time<\/strong> and time is increasingly precious. These days, everything has to be done as quickly as possible, which generates stress !
\nOne of the things that sets us apart is that the fitness workout comes to you. You no longer have to go to the fitness workout.<\/p>\n

2005, Body Concept Training is born<\/h3>\n

In the beginning, on his own as a Personal Trainer, the inventor\u00a0 –\u00a0Bruno B\u00e9riot<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0very quickly hit on the idea of developing a\u00a0Personal Trainer network.<\/p>\n

Indeed, given the growing demand for coaching from every quarter, there were 2 options :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Reject excessively numerous enquiries and those from too far afield<\/li>\n
  2. Set up a network of professionals<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Having chosen option 2, the \u201cproject\u201d phase rapidly progressed to the \u201cconcrete\u201d phase !
    \nGrowth was required in order to be able to respond positively to this burgeoning demand !<\/p>\n

    The first person to get involved in developing the Personal Trainers\u2019\u00a0 network was his wife Carine Deby.
    \nSince then, the number of Personal trainers (all of them trained and certified) joining the extended concept in Belgium and Luxembourg has grown steadily.<\/p>\n

    Today\u2026<\/h3>\n

    Today, Body Concept Training continues to develop, while of course retaining its flagship service Personal Training.
